THANK YOU, BRODIE

The RiverHawks home opener on September 14 had some new beginnings but also marked the end of an era in RiverHawks history. Our longtime announcer and timekeeper Brodie Coffin is retiring and that was his last game in the timekeeper’s box. He has an new opportunity with his current job that conflicted with his RiverHawk’s timetable, so he had to make the tough decision. Brodie has been with the club for 13 plus years first as a timekeeper and then as announcer/timekeeper. He also did the announcing job for the Niagara Falls Canucks part time.

He was always positive, cheerful and was a great asset to the team. He rarely missed a game and will be missed by all the players and staff of the RiverHawks.

We wish him all the best in his new endeavors and hope he will visit us whenever he can.

All the Best Brodie.
